So the boys and I have spent our past couple of weekends in the evenings watching Princess Protection Program, a classic Disney Original Movie. So there is this part in the movie where Selena Gomez is getting ready for the Homecoming dance and she gets in her pretty blue dress and as soon as Selena walks down the stairs, I hear Ethan say in a quite but excited voice "Ooooh". I tried to find a picture of her from the movie but couldn't, below is the best that I could find.

Tonight the boys and I bought a baseball helmet, bat, and balls to start practicing with. It was so fun watching them play and having a good time with it. Both of them where very excited to try it. They are naturals.

Arizona Grand Resort Getaway
For Christmas last year my boss gave me a 2 night stay at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix and I decided to take the kids before their school starts for some fun. We spent a lot of time at the pool. Tyler's favorite was the wave pool and Ethan's favorite was the lazy river. Tyler was so cute on his inner tube with his arms behind his head and relaxing. Ethan liked to walk in the river with his tube around him and he would poke his head below the tube to where you could not see him.

That first night we were sold on going to an on-site restaurant called Rustler's Rooste. The view of Phoenix and the entire valley was amazing. The kids favorite part of the restaurant was you had to take a slide to get into the seating area. The boys enjoyed kicking back some cold IBC Rootbeers. They also had some balloon toys made.
We ended the weekend with the fine cuisine of Chuck E' Cheese and ice cream. It was such a fun time that we had together. Those boys teach me so much and are perfect examples of LOVE. There is not a mean bone in their bodies. They love and accept me as I am with all of my many imperfections.
